Our Food & Discovery
With or without alcohol

We offer a Food & Discovery pairing with or without alcohol where each drink has been meticulously designed to harmonize with the dishes. In our constant quest for creativity, we also aspire to be creators in the room. This is why we have completely rethought our pairings to accompany our sommelier's wine selection with creative drinks that reflect our passion.

We view mixology as an art, exploring extraction, distillation, elixirs or infusions, whether plant-based, animal-based or iodized. By playing with texture and temperature variations. All our creations are designed and created like real cooking recipes. It is an experience where every detail contributes to the perfect balance between the cuisine, the products of our producers & our know-how.

Our wine list is also made up of nearly 550 references, from all our French regions, lively and open to all.
