FERMETURE TEMPORAIRE

It is with great sadness that we have to announce the temporary closure of our restaurant.

Following yesterday morning's heavy rain, water seeped in through no fault of our own, and the ceiling of our dining room gave way, rendering our rooms inaccessible and our business impossible, for an as yet undetermined period of time.

We had to cancel all our bookings, including those for Saturday when we were due to celebrate the 8th anniversary of our establishment.
This symbolic moment, which was supposed to be a celebration, has turned into a painful ordeal.

For us, this restaurant is much more than a place: it's a dream that we've been fighting to bring to life for 8 years. Haute gastronomy is not just our profession, it's our passion and our vocation. Seeing our house hurt like this is a real ordeal.

Our thoughts are with our teams, who are sharing this shock with us, and whom we thank for their courage and loyalty.

To you, our customers and friends, we ask for your patience and trust. The restaurant world is constantly changing and adapting, and this ordeal has also prompted us to reflect on the future of our company and our profession.

We're putting all our energy into getting through this stage, and we'll be coming back with better things, stronger, and still driven by the same passion that drives us.
